I bought a Walmart money card the first time and this is the first time happening to me. I spent $196 I had Walmart place my $196 on the Walmart money card and I activated it and my account was at $0.00 I did not purchase a single thing and very mad I bought another but got stuck buying another because I went to Walmart trying to purchase a different card a visa debit card for $4.94 for the card activation purchase of the card and Walmart had an issue getting that card to go through so we tried the Walmart card and they said if it don't go through them our system is down well it went through I came home right away afterwards and activated the card and right away pulled up my saved information and bought what I needed right away then called the card and the robot guy on the phone said there were transactions being made to an area that I wasn't making reference like for a loofah but there were two other transactions to trying to be made and I thought I was glad I already made my five purchases but none to what the robot guy mentioned so I figured the second card second time was getting hacked I have the messages on my phone for proof like if you wanted to check id give pictures to you if the Walmart card and the receipt and my driver's license I had to for Walmart money card customer service refund and I contacted them three times first time I got rejected and definitely shouldn't of they haven't answered me twice now and I still have no refund of my cash.! Resolution Sought I want my refund and the correct answer I will never purchase another Walmart money card ever again!!
