For Wal-Mart to quite charging people for services that are not rendered.

I have a Wal-Mart money pre paid debit card. I haven't used it since May. I added money to the card and they took $9.00 for fees. I don't believe if you don't use the card you should be charged for when you weren't using it. I plan to pay my bill with this money and then I will cancel and never use Wal-Mart money card again.

Doing any money trans action is a fools game if you put your trust in Green Dot you will get burned!

Green Dot Freely distributes your money to whome they please, Green Dot dictates how you can and can not spend your money. Green Dot makes you watch the unauthorized thief steel your money by telling you that you can not dispute a pending transaction until its no longer pending. Green dot makes you watch the thief rob you, and makes you wait until its to late to do a dam thing about it. I believe that green dot are actually steel ing money from these unauthorized trans actions! When you dispute a transaction, Green Dot locks your card so forget about having access to any money remaining on your account.They immediatly issue you a new card, which is yet another charge, and Green Dot takes that money from the account that you your self do not have access to! Due to a glitch in Green Dots online system, I was strandid 4 hours from my home with no access to the money i had put on a purchased card at time of purchase. Gren Dot then dictated how i could and cuold not spend my own money and denied me of a refund when i requested it. !2 hours after purchase, I finally got a live operator to activate my card. Green Dot programed my card and blocked me from online or cash back transactions. To top it off, Green Dot paid the last $60.00 dollars to online services, 6 trans actions listed on a statment that i can not access, all ending with .com, but the operator tells me they have to order an investigation to determin whether these are on line transactions. I think i am living in the twilite zone. Green Dot not only broke thier own rule for the card, they stole my money to pay unauthorized "ONLINE TRANSACTION". They have to investigate, no dispute can be filed on a pending tranaction, Green Dot manager denied my request for refund, dictated to me how i can spend my money then Green Dot pays for the very type of transaction they claim the card could not be used for. Thier operators consistantly hang up on you when you do finally get a living one. Green Dot has left me with hout money 8 hrs from my home while working out of state. Green Dot has left me with out food for the next few days because today is sunday and my pay day isnt till friday. Green Dot has left me with no way to get to my work because i will be out of fuel after commutting monday and possibly one way on tuesday. Green Dot satisfactory rating as a business is to good for such a scandelous company. Walmart supports this business, therefore is scandelous also. As far as i am concerned $12,000.00 would not even begain to compensate for the stress and the loss felt and relized from this relationship, and contract that Green Dot has obviously dishonered!
