Western Exterminator Company complaints

Hired this establishment to fumigate PROPERTY that had bug, rat problem, termites. Day they removed tent (3 days) there were STILL LIVING ROACHES, TERMITES and evidently RATS! we were told we had to remove a lock from refrigerator we complied and the day the tent was removed so was 2 bags of seafood, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, aluminum foil etc...l have live footage of the day that the tent was removed of the roaches, termites and a dead Rat, after the fact! We called with concern as to the protocol for things left alive, the plastic covering NOT being placed BACK n its place on the roof! Only to be greeted with attitude that the performance of whatever chemicals used didn't perform! They LIED stating they came EVERY WEEK to check traps and caught allot of rats! NOT! l was here and that statement is true how am l taking pics today of 4 traps here 1 with A RAT DEAD ON IT! Resolution Sought I want a refund! They're dishonest! They demanded a lock be removed and if they applied that same energy to their work i wouldn't be filing a complaint! 2 bags disappeared, the covering to protect the roof was thrown n the yard, I would like refund! So, that I may hire someone to actually perform! They also attempted to charge $800 for clean up I have pics of their cleanup guy! And his work! I believe I didn't get what I paid for they place this boo boo looking stuff all through the bathrooms na

I have pigeons living on my roof underneath the solar panels and tile. Western Exterminator Said they could take care of the problem by putting wire mesh around the solar panels and tile. I've been in constant contact with them since October when they said they had done the job. The pigeons are still on the roof. The manager came by approximately November 10, 2020 to discuss the problem. He had installers go on the roof to determine the problem. When they completed their investigation, they told me they used the incorrect treatment on my roof. They said they treated the roof as a flat roof and not as a Spanish tile roof and they would need to come back and do the job. Since that time the manager has given me excuses about why they can't get out her and when they will come back. Approximately March 15th was my last contact with the manager. He told me at that time that he was in the process of setting up the job to be done. From that point he isn't returning my call or responding to my e-mails. I contacted the office by certified mail and provided all of the details of my issue and requested my payment be returned. He called me and was very rude to me and said the his people didn't tell me what I mentioned to him. I had my roof inspected by another company and they said the work hadn't been done and they removed a waste can half full of weeds and dirt from the roof. The contractor took pictures the same day he came out and showed me the roof. Thank you Resolution Sought I would like my money returned. I need to be able to have someone take care of the panels and tile before my roof is destroyed and leaks this winter. I didn't trust them to do the work since they had stopped taking my calls. Also, the mesh they put around the edges had been dropped in the back yard by the birds. I called the manager to see this and he took samples and said he would take care of it right away. This was approximately December. 2020.
