Caused me a lot of unnecessary stress that I definitely didn't need!

Ordered a cab a few hrs prior for my appointment to make sure I had transportation. The girl took my info, assured me everything was set and my cab would arrive at 130 pm yesterday! As it came close to the time, I called back only to hear that nobody knew what I was talking about; had no order and was rude!! I said that wasn't true and I needed my cab.. She talked to me like it was my fault and I was bothering her. She said she would send another cab. He was in the area. I called back 5 min later, already late, only to hear he said I wasn't outside and he had another fair, so too bad for me! I requested a phone call because my apt is tricky to find.. So I missed my very important Gyn appointment concerning my upcoming surgery. Caused me a lot of unnecessary stress that I definitely didn't need! Very UNPROFESSIONAL..RUDE.. AND INCOMPETENT! Hire people and drivers that care about there customers needs ..that's why we have cabs n they have jobs. TO MAKE OUR NEEDS MET SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT! FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME AND EVERYONE WHO COUNTS ON BUSINESSES FOR HELP!
