They should be held accountable for over charging on labor.

I got there at 815 am. My appointment was for 830 am. They checked my vehicle and told me that it would take half an hour. I feel i was over charged on labor. I left there at 1136 am. I was charged because they took there time. I kept asking Adam about my vehicle, he was just doing his paper work. I kept asking him, and asking him. Even when they bought my vehicle back. He was still just sitting doing his paper work. If it only took half an hour why was i there for three hour's.
