Poor Coomunication and Auction Experience

Won an online auction for a Rolex. My winning bid was $5,000 (my total bid was $5,500) but they said I didn't get it because they said there was a reserve. A Reserve was not stated or I might not have bid depending on the amount. Sent another email asking for reserve price. Ignored! Sent another and got BLOCKED!!! Great experience!!!! Never will bid again on their stuff!!!!!
