Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fraudulent value of Stamps from Windsor house

I purchased a Princess Diana set & 2 1852 Ben Franklin stamps back in 2005 with a promised profit turnaround in a few short years. I also bought 1963 Narcotic Tax imper pair in 2007. Following this, all Anita the sales person did was call every few months trying to sell sell sell. I told her I'm not buying another stamp until I see some type of profits. Here we are 14 years later and she's nowhere to be found. After reading reviews on the web here and there turns out their products are WORTHLESS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IF they decide to turn around and buy back my stamps or refund my almost 10k then I'll redact my post.
