JOB INTERVIEW - SCAM?

Interview scam… They claim to be responding to a resume I sent out for a Craigslist add.
Received a call from Heather 818-779-0800. Said she was responding to my resume.
She wanted to interview me for an office management position.
She said no experience was necessary, and that there would be training.
Asked me to bring a resume, and 3 references (business or personal), that I’ve known at least 2 years.
She said that there would be a one-time Registration/Background Check Fee of $75.00.
She wanted me to Interview at 3:30pm today, and at the time it was almost 3:00pm. I told her I would not make it and we scheduled for tomorrow at 3:00pm.
