Great Tool, awesome company, You'll feel empowered

I had 2 phenomenal staff members that helped me from XCel Solutions. Lia Martinez & Clint Talbert I would like to take the time to compliment their exceptional professionalism and thank them for helping me. I feel very lucky to have had these 2 individuals assist me. I felt heard and respected when I engaged with them. Not only were they polite but they solved my inquiry. Andria's (supervisor) support was felt, even miles away. I am so grateful she gave me the confidence I needed even when I was distracted, life got in the way and I felt like giving up Thank you all at XCEL SOLUTIONS....from the bottom of my heart.???? Covid -19/ this pandemic has made me a stronger person and I can't wait to get my Liscence.

Update: After 3 attempts with their customer service team, I was finally issued a full refund despite their normal policy.

I actually did not complete the certification. My circumstances changed rather quickly during the Covid crisis. My intention was to use the training program to obtain another stream of income since my work was non-existent. About 10 days after signing up, my work situation changed so I no longer needed the training. I asked for a refund - as I had only gone through the first chapter and money was extremely tight because of the Covid - but they declined. Not cool, especially as most people have been hurting financially during this crisis. And, their system was really bad - cut out images of the text with a short video summary at the end. My wife went into the same stream of income field with a different company who not only gave her the training for free, but theirs offered videos throughout, flash cards, recorded lectures and seminars, etc. This is 2020 - training material should reflect that and be exciting and enjoyable. Really disappointed.
