Teach your employees the right way how to deal customers

I went to bathroom yesterday sept. 3 2023 near his and hers (right side) to wash or rinse my mouth because i just eat a chicken, to clear all those debris that stock in between my teeth, so i gurgle some water from the faucet and spit to washing bowl in restroom. The janitor told me that i cant do that spitting in washing bowl. What's the job description of janitor?He call his supervisor and told my problem and the supervisor said its unsanitary to clean your mouth with water and spit out the water in washing bowl. I told the supervisor to show the book and it said unsanitary. Clean up a little bit my self unsanitary, what kind of restroom is this?Just to pee and wash hands. Why don't you put all the description on the wall(do and don't) inside the restroom so that all the customers can read. Remember customers are the blood of your business. Do you believe repeat customers, if you do you are in the right track and if you don't. I wish you all the good luck in the world. God bless yaamava. Teach your employees the right way how to deal customers not on there side because these is business. You need customers in order to survive to pay there salary. If a employees LAZY nd always complaining looking for customers to make mess on there washing bowl,Good or bad employee and you decide.

I would like your customer service at the rewards to be more pleasant.

I was at the casino on Monday Oct 25 . After I cashed out my ticket from the kiosk I went back to a machine and started playing again and when I went to my purse to get my wallet I realized I dropped it . I saw a slot attendant and asked if he could help me call someone to help me check on that . Meantime I walked back to the kiosk but didn't see anything. I walked back to the attendant and asked if he called someone but I guess he didn't. Someone else in a brown suit was standing next to him and I asked him and he told me to go to lost and found . I don't know how your casino works but I would go all out to help someone knowing their situation. Losing a wallet with ATM cards credit cards and ID and cash ,I wouldn't be rude and leave them hanging. He told me to go to lost and found didn't even bother to show me where it was. I walked over to lost and found and the person there was a little rude too. It finally took like 15 to 20 minutes before safety came by . All I wanted is for them to call surveillance to check and see who picked up my wallet when I dropped it . How hard is it to get surveillance to do that . It was only about less than 5 minutes before I found out that I lost my wallet. I waited 45minutes to even get a response from someone. I think your customer service is very bad . Also this wasn't my first incident. Had the same kind of problem with your safety department and your poor response and bad management with customer service a couple of months ago.
