Resolution of My Business Problem Within Two Weeks with BCA!

One year ago I ordered and paid for a product from SandsRX Pharmacy in McKinney, Tx that failed to accomplish what it promised, even though their pharmacist voluntarily Guaranteed the product at the time of my purchase. For 3-1/2 months I used a personal compound with no signs of improvement, so I wrote to SandsRX requesting a full refund to my account. There was no response, so I later sent a couple of messages, but there was still no response. All reviews I have read about SandsRX Pharmacy have been glowing ones, so I was quite disappointed when my problem was seemingly ignored. I found Business Consumer Alliance online and contacted them regarding the matter. I sent a compliant to them and was amazed when I received an email from them TWO DAYS later, saying that they had already sent the complaint to SandsRX Pharmacy in McKinney, TX. I was even more surprised when SandsRX settled my complaint to my satisfaction less than Two Weeks later! I appreciate that SandsRX did the right thing and so happy that I found a Consumer Protection group that was so efficient in getting my problem resolved quickly. I definitely recommend Business-Consumer Alliance to anyone who needs help in resolving a business problem that you may be experiencing now or in the future. Thank you again, BCA!

Consumer "assistance" in the form of scam

These guys suck. They try to come off as a BBB type of association when in reality they simply threaten and extort money from business to remove supposed bad reviews. Ignore them and watch them fail over time.
