Consumer "assistance" in the form of scam

These guys suck. They try to come off as a BBB type of association when in reality they simply threaten and extort money from business to remove supposed bad reviews. Ignore them and watch them fail over time.

I received the merchandise I ordered and paid for! I cannot praise this organization enough and would recommend them highly to everyone. THANK YOU, BCA.

My first experience with the Business Consumer Alliance organization was beyond excellent. On a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being excellent, I would rate them 12!
My problem began when I ordered from an on-line company for the 1st time, as well. I placed the order, the payment was drafted from my bank account, but after four months of many text messages back and forth, I still had not received my product ordered and paid for. The company does not provide contact by phone, so I had no way to call them to speak to a person. I had pretty much given up until I found the BCA organization information while searching for help online. Within several weeks, BCA had resolved my problem and amazingly, I received the merchandise I ordered and paid for! I cannot praise this organization enough and would recommend them highly to everyone. THANK YOU, BCA.

Without the assistance of your organization, I strongly believe that the company would have never responded to any of my messages (letter or email) & I would not have received my refund. More people need to be aware of the benefits of what you do for the public.

I didn't know where else to turn for my deposit refund from this Healthcare Company. I had thought about taking them to Small Claims Court; but, the cost and time would outweigh the amount of the refund. Then, I thought of just doing nothing and accepting the loss. Finally, I thought of the Business Consumer Alliance and searched the website under www.checkbca.org. I followed the instructions on how to file a claim.

I filed a claim early one morning and by 6 p.m. that day, the company in question responded to me by email. I was told that my refund would be returned that week.

Without the assistance of your organization, I strongly believe that the company would have never responded to any of my messages (letter or email) & I would not have received my refund.

Thanks to your organization, I received my full refund within 7 days. Thank you very much for your assistance.
