Without the assistance of your organization, I strongly believe that the company would have never responded to any of my messages (letter or email) & I would not have received my refund. More people need to be aware of the benefits of what you do for the public.

I am truly grateful for your organization and the great work you are doing. More people need to be aware of the benefits of what you do for the public.

I didn't know where else to turn for my deposit refund from this Healthcare Company. I had thought about taking them to Small Claims Court; but, the cost and time would outweigh the amount of the refund. Then, I thought of just doing nothing and accepting the loss. Finally, I thought of the Business Consumer Alliance and searched the website under www.checkbca.org. I followed the instructions on how to file a claim.

I filed a claim early one morning and by 6 p.m. that day, the company in question responded to me by email. I was told that my refund would be returned that week.

Without the assistance of your organization, I strongly believe that the company would have never responded to any of my messages (letter or email) & I would not have received my refund.

Thanks to your organization, I received my full refund within 7 days. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Many thanks for resorting my faith in Canadian trustworthiness!!

Thank you and the Business Consumer Alliance for all you have done. I do not have a Google account so I can't sign in the leave a Five Star stellar review. However, I will say this. Upon placing my complaint I IMMEDIATELY received a phone call early the very next morning from customer services of Royal Exhausts. Apologizing for all the inconveniences and miss representations that they made to me. Explaining that they are an Ecommerce company and that it's illegal to talk with customers. I think that's total BS..., regardless. I'll stop short of judging whether the excuses I listened to were true or false. The bottom line is that they totally ignored a costumer that had ALREADY TOOK FAITH in the company and needed some resolution to the issue at hand, receiving NONE. AT LEAST not until I called you...!!! Many thanks for resorting my faith in Canadian trustworthiness.

I received a full refund and was told to keep the poorly constructed, poor craftsmanship, product. Without your assistance I am convinced that I WOULD NOT have the resolve that I did manage to get. Thank you so much for assisting in my time of need with no where to turn and get help.

Additionally the MIDDLEMAN on-Line COMPANY aka "Bonanza" was ENTIRELY WORTHLESS in the entire process. One has to sign up and PAY $25 US Dollars a month the receive a "Members Only" phone number to be able to talk to a real person. They should be Ashamed of the way they treated and ignored me. Totally worthless customer services I will never use them again and advise OTHERS to avoid them at all cost.
