Employee Spotlight: February 2016

Allison Tingler

BCA's Employee of the Month for February is Allison Tingler.  Allison started with BCA in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative.  In May 2010, she transitioned to our Internet department to process complaints filed through our online portal.  In 2011, she was promoted to our Business Practice division as an analyst, where she currently resides.  Allison’s attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to the company.  She is diligent in processing our membership applications and goes the extra mile with helping consumers with their problems.  Allison also assists with our investigations on businesses and is an integral team player in developing the comprehensive reports we provide to the public.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys reading and cooking, especially creating new recipes for her family to try out.  She loves spending family time by going on camping adventures at the beach.  Since childhood, Allison has always favored red licorice as a favorite junk food.  She’s also a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and her favorite athlete is, you guessed it, Aaron Rodgers, hence the shirt she’s wearing in her picture.  When asked about what the most fulfilling part about working at BCA is, Allison replied, “Research and investigations.  I like to keep current on industry and consumer regulations, guidelines and standards and being able to share this information when someone inquires about a business or industry.  I really enjoy this part of my job because I’m always learning something new.”
