Employee Spotlight: April 2016

Karen Moneymaker

BCA’s Employee of the Month for April is Karen Moneymaker.  Karen is one of our Membership Representatives and started with Business Consumer Alliance in 2014.  After only being on the job for one week, she was eager to get on the phones and sell BCA memberships because she saw how beneficial our services would be to business owners.  Karen has an admirable work ethic, usually doubling the call quota every day and motivating her peers.  Lina Brown, Karen’s manager and branch manager of our Colton office, has this to say about Karen, “She is personable, knowledgeable, and helpful to the businesses she speaks with, all in the interest of leaving a good impression as a representative of BCA.  She understands that good customer service is the key to retaining members.”

Karen started in sales at the tender age of 16.  She is an avid connoisseur of Bloody Marys and oysters.  In her spare time, Karen enjoys growing plants and flowers, as well as racing cars.  From time to time, she also partakes in online gaming.  Here’s a fun fact: her cousin, Chris Moneymaker, started on Poker Stars and qualified for the World Series of Poker tournament and won $2.5 million.

Thank you, Karen, for your contribution to the BCA family and your endeavor to spread the word to the business community on how Business Consumer Alliance can help their business thrive and succeed.
