Teresita Cruz

Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for October is Teresita Cruz.

  • Position: File Clerk & Customer Service
  • Years of service: 15 years  - Wow!
  • Favorite junk food: French fries from In-N-Out and Filipino shrimp crackers.
  • Favorite Activities: Going to the park, Discovery Zone and Chuck E. Cheese with the grand children.  Teresita also enjoys hiking and going on walks with her husband.
  • Most fulfilling part about working for BCA: “Sending membership kits to our business members explaining all of the benefits membership with our organization has to offer them.”

Laura Cox, our Customer Service Lead, has this to say about her:

“Teresita is a devoted and loyal employee.  She’s never late and we can always rely on her to get the job done.  She requires very little supervision and manages her responsibilities well.  She’s pleasant and gets along with everyone.  All of her tasks are essential to our operations.  We appreciate her dedication and her contribution to our team.”
