Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for August is Monica Ramos.

  • Position: Customer Service Representative
  • Years of service: 7 years (started in June 2010)
  • Hobbies: Traveling, hiking, watching reality TV shows
  • Favorite Activities: Watch movies, watch her nephews play sports, go on a new adventure with her husband, and spend time with friends.
  • Most fulfilling part about working for BCA: “Being able to help those who are not aware of the resources available to them when they are having a problem with a company.”

Kim Burge, Vice President of Operations, has this to say about Monica:

“She is pleasant and courteous to all, whether it be a disgruntled caller or a fellow employee.  She has excellent customer service skills and always very professional.  She will go out of her way to assist the callers, offering her knowledge, experience and other avenues they can pursue to resolve their issues.  Her attendance is impeccable and I don’t remember the last time she called in absent.  There is never any concern with asking her to help with extra work.  She is always ready and willing to take it on without complaint.  We depend on her for proof reading.  If there is a word or punctuation out of place, she will spot it.  It is a pleasure to have her as part of our team.  Thank you, Monica, for your dedication.”
