Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for September is Denise Soliz. 

  • Position: Accounts Receivables Clerk
  • Years of service: 23 years  - Wow!
  • Hobbies: Boating in Lake Havasu and spending time with family and friends.
  • Favorite junk food: French fries
  • Favorite Activities: Binge watching various series on Netflix or watching movies on my Amazon Firestick.
  • Most fulfilling part about working for BCA: “Though I’m in the accounting department and don’t interact with the consumers that benefit from the various services BCA offers as part of our mission, after 23 years, I do know that what we do for the public is important. We not only help mediate complaints between businesses and consumers, but we also educate consumers so they know how to make smarter purchasing decisions. In this effort, it also makes business owners strive to provide better customer service.”

“She always offers to take on extra work and help out other departments without complaint. There are many deadlines in accounting, and I can always count on her to meet those deadlines.
