Did You Know? BCA Got a Makeover

Business Consumer Alliance logo

After much preparation we are excited to announce Business Consumer Alliance has a new look.  We’ve redesigned our website, which can now be found at www.checkbca.org, and we’ve given our logo an overhaul.  BCA’s new and improved website has several enhanced features for both businesses and consumers alike.  Whenever you want to check the reputation of a business, you should always check BCA.

Now you can take BCA with you when you’re on the go. Our improved web design makes it easy to access from your smart phone or tablet.  Check out a company’s rating, read reviews and see how they address complaints while you’re out and about, all from your mobile device.

We’re also introducing the Complaint Resolution Index (aka CRI), which is a proprietary indicator that assesses how responsive a company is in resolving customer complaints as part of our reports to the general public.  CRI measures the company’s customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.  Consumers who are contemplating doing business with a company can use this indicator, along with other relevant information such as BCA’s overall letter rating and customer reviews to make a well-informed purchasing decision.

Our reputation reports continue to provide vital background data on a business including contact information, BCA rating, licensing, and other fundamental information. We’ve also revamped our BCA company storefront pages to include special features like enhanced videos, coupons, and special deals. Members can still select a featured review and edit their “About Us” section to give it a personal touch. Let your customers know how you began, what accomplishments your business has achieved, or fill them in on your specialties. We’ve even added a “Member Toolkit” for easy access to your BCA seals, print logos in EPS and Hi-Res versions, and information on arbitration to help you grow your business.

With our new website, you can still find a wealth of information, now in an easy to navigate format. Searching for a business is faster and simpler since we’ve improved our search algorithm. Find a company by name, industry, phone number, or even just a website.  Our resource section provides guides for everything from hiring a contractor to identity theft.  Find details about trending topics and scam alerts through our blogs, or get answers to questions about everyday business transactions (and even contribute by becoming an expert) on our Ask The Experts forum.

Peruse our website today to check out what’s new and tell us what you think.  Business owners, make sure to download the updated BCA seals to use for your website and promotional materials.  Have you jumped onboard with BCA?  If not, check out what BCA can do for you on our member benefits page.
